Program description

The Business Hub OS SMS program (a product of Manifestic) sends text messages to the mobile number you provide when you opt in at businesshubos.com/sms-opt-in. Message categories include:

• Account notifications — sign-in alerts, billing notices, and important account changes.
• Appointment reminders — reminders and confirmations for scheduled calls and demos.
• Customer support — replies and follow-ups related to your support requests.
• Product updates & offers — new features, tips, and occasional promotional messages.

Opting in

You opt in by submitting the form at businesshubos.com/sms-opt-in with the SMS consent box checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the categories you select and your activity. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month per category.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out (STOP)

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again. You can also email ops@businesshubos.com to be removed.

Supported carriers & compatibility

Our program works with major U.S. mobile carriers. Delivery to your specific device depends on your carrier and plan; we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes

We may change these terms. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
