Who we are
Business Hub OS is a product of Manifestic ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through businesshubos.com and our messaging programs, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number — for example when you sign up for SMS updates on our SMS opt-in page.
- Message preferences, such as the message categories you select.
- Consent records: when you opt in to SMS, we store the phone number, the exact consent language shown to you, a version identifier for that language, the timestamp, and technical details (IP address, device) needed to prove your consent.
- Message interaction data, such as delivery status and replies (including STOP/HELP requests).
- Usage data collected automatically when you visit our site (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location).
How we use information
- To send the account notifications, reminders, support messages, and product updates you asked for.
- To operate, maintain, and improve Business Hub OS.
- To comply with legal obligations, including carrier and 10DLC messaging rules.
Mobile information — no sale or sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent data, or any mobile messaging information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you requested from Business Hub OS, to maintain consent and opt-out records as required by law and carrier rules, and through the service providers that directly operate our messaging infrastructure on our behalf (who may not use it for their own purposes).
Sharing of information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us operate (e.g., our SMS gateway and hosting providers), bound by contract to use data only for our services.
- Legal compliance, when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our Messaging Terms.
- Access or deletion: email ops@businesshubos.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We retain consent and opt-out records as long as required by applicable messaging regulations.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
