In brief

Who are Anton Hocking and Erik Laine?

Anton Hocking is the Founder of Manifestic, the Minneapolis-Saint Paul company behind Business Hub OS, and Erik Laine is his partner. Together, a two-person team founded in 2025, they build AI operating systems and products for small businesses. Anton works out front with owners, mapping how a business actually runs. Erik builds the systems underneath: websites, CRM builds, AI agents, and automations. The work has grown into a full shelf of live products: Business Hub OS itself; FlowState, the numbered map of projects and partners underneath everything they build; GEN Systems, the agent platform; LotLogix and its LotWalk visit system for car dealerships; HomeWalk for real estate; Benefit Connect for benefits and insurance; and a public showcase of 64 products and explainer pages. Their working position is simple: most small businesses stall because the owner has become the system, and connected AI can give that owner their time back. Security is built into that position. Manifestic builds and runs local AI models so client data can stay inside the client's own walls instead of being sent out to outside clouds, and privacy is treated as infrastructure, not an add-on. That stance is why the firm builds alongside Argent Reach, a cybersecurity firm: a security firm and a marketing firm building one combined infrastructure, so a client's growth engine and its protection are designed together from the start. Anton and Erik are available for interviews, panels, podcasts, and keynotes on the practical side of AI for small business.

Signature talks

What can Anton and Erik speak on?

The Owner Is the System: AI Operating Systems for Small Businesses

Most small businesses do not stall for lack of effort. They stall because every lead, reminder, and follow-up runs through the owner. This talk walks through what an AI operating system actually is, website, CRM, agents, and workspace connected as one system, what to automate first, and what changes in the first ninety days. Drawn from the system Anton and Erik run their own practice on, Business Hub OS.

AI Agents Inside the CRM: The Employee Who Answers at 9 PM

AI agents have moved out of the demo and into the CRM, answering phones and messages around the clock, booking appointments, and following up while the owner is on a job. This talk covers how agent training works, why an agent must know what it does not know, and where human judgment still has to stay in the loop.

Dealership AI and the LotWalk Visit System

A car sale starts on the lot, and most of what gets said there is forgotten by the drive home. LotWalk records the lot walk with the customer's consent and turns it into a branded visit report for the buyer and a live lead for the store. This talk covers consent-first recording, same-day follow-up, and what dealership AI looks like when it is built around the rep instead of around the store.

Two People, Production AI: Building as a Two-Person Team

Manifestic is two people. Anton out front, Erik on engineering and release, and an AI crew doing the work that used to take a department. This talk is an honest account of that operating model: what AI leverage makes possible for a small team, where it breaks, and why the human roles that remain matter more, not less.

Local Models, Locked Doors: Data Security for Small Business AI

The default way to use AI sends a business's data out to somebody else's cloud. Manifestic builds and runs local AI models so a client's knowledge, documents, and customer details can stay inside the client's own walls. This talk covers what local models can genuinely do today, what still belongs in the cloud, and why privacy belongs in the infrastructure of an AI system rather than in a policy page nobody reads.

Security Plus Marketing: One Infrastructure, Not Two Vendors

Most businesses buy their growth engine from one vendor and their protection from another, and the two never meet. Anton and Erik build alongside Argent Reach, a cybersecurity firm, so the marketing system and the security practice are designed as one combined infrastructure. This talk covers what that pairing changes in practice: shared systems, shared standards, and one team accountable for both sides.

Formats: keynotes, panels, podcast interviews, and working sessions for owner groups. Formats, topics, and booking.

What they build

The product shelf

Everything below is built, live, and in use. The full shelf, with an explainer page for each product, is at products.businesshubos.com.

Business Hub OS

The operating system and CRM for small businesses: website, lead capture, AI agents, follow-up, and the team's workspace, connected as one system.

FlowState

The numbered map of projects and partners at flowstatelogix.com. Every business in the system gets a number, an orb, and a vault, with more than 60 numbered projects and partners on the map.

GEN Systems

The agent platform: one system agent, GEN, and a separate trained agent for each company on it, each working only from that company's own knowledge.

LotLogix and LotWalk

The dealership visit system. A salesperson records the lot walk with the customer's spoken consent, and the customer leaves with a branded Visit Report while the lead lands in the store's system with follow-up ready.

HomeWalk

The LotWalk pattern for real estate: a Showing Report for buyers after a home tour, with the agent's follow-up attached.

Benefit Connect

Benefits and insurance: a platform connecting agents with people who need coverage, fronted by the Find Your Coverage page.

Business Hub OS Insurance Agent Solution

A private-label framework for insurance agencies: website and proposal in the agency's own brand, launched November 2026 with a twin edition in Benefit Connect branding.

Unified Inbox

Every inbox in one place: email across the house accounts in a single merged stream, with reply built in.

The showcase fleet

64 products and services, each with its own explainer page carrying video and podcast, at products.businesshubos.com.

Partners and collaborations

Who Anton and Erik build with

A small circle of partners and clients with real, documented joint work.

Argent Reach

Security, built in. Argent Reach is a cybersecurity firm led by Peter Reynolds, and the two firms are building one combined infrastructure: Argent Reach Mission Control, its CRM and lead system, and the FieldSafe Mission Control alongside it, pairing Argent's security practice with Manifestic's marketing and AI systems so growth and protection are designed together. The Argent Reach security layer is part of the GEN Systems Enterprise offer.

Bookkeepers Growth Network

Dave Harvey's network of bookkeeping firms. Anton and Erik built the member hub fleet: dashboards for the network and its members, the join flow, and a training library, all running on Business Hub OS.

Homeward Wise

Will Bessette and the Brilliam Group, a white-label partnership: websites, CRM, and content engines for the Homeward Wise and Earnhardt brands, run under Will's own banner.

Pegasus Surfaces

Taylor Southerton's countertop and surfaces company, and the first live client lead system: Sarah, an AI agent trained on the business, answers and captures leads around the clock.

RE/MAX Results

Kenny Lewandowski's brokerage. Landing pages and full websites for the agent roster, a leads system with a rotation pool for member agents, and each claimed agent's own AI agent.

Mosaic Auto

The first LotWalk store group: Visit Reports for buyers, agent pages for the sales team, and a CRM phone system with an AI receptionist for its lead salesperson.

Full About 210 words

Anton Hocking is the Founder of Manifestic, the Minneapolis-Saint Paul company behind Business Hub OS. He started the business in 2025 on a simple observation: most small businesses do not fail for lack of effort; they stall because the owner has become the system, and every lead, reminder, and follow-up runs through one person. Anton works out front with owners. He maps the operation first, then builds the connected system underneath it: a website that captures leads, a CRM that tracks them, AI agents that answer phones and messages around the clock, and an AI workspace the team actually uses. With his partner Erik Laine, he has built that pattern into a portfolio of working products, including Business Hub OS, FlowState, GEN Systems, and LotLogix for car dealerships, 64 products on the public showcase in all. Security is part of the build: Manifestic builds and runs local AI models so client data can stay inside the client's own walls, and Anton builds alongside Argent Reach, a cybersecurity firm, so a client's growth engine and its protection are designed together. Anton is available for interviews, panels, and podcasts on practical AI for small business: what to automate first, what it changes day to day, and what it takes to keep it running.

Erik Laine

Partner, Manifestic

One line Introductions and captions

Erik Laine, Partner at Manifestic. He builds the systems underneath Business Hub OS: websites, CRM builds, AI agents, and automations.

Short About 75 words

Erik Laine is a Partner at Manifestic, the company behind Business Hub OS, based in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota. He builds the systems underneath the practice: websites, CRM builds, AI agents, and automations, and he holds release authority for Manifestic-owned work. His own personal AI automations are what pulled his partner, Anton Hocking, into AI in the first place. His working rule: every business needs a system, and the pieces only pay off when they connect.

Full About 190 words

Erik Laine is a Partner at Manifestic, the Minneapolis-Saint Paul company behind Business Hub OS, where he leads the engineering and release side of the work. While his partner Anton Hocking works out front with clients, Erik builds the systems underneath: the websites, CRM builds, AI agents, and automations that clients run on every day, including the live Franchise Pro site. His own personal AI automations are what pulled Anton into AI in the first place, and the pattern he works from is the one the whole practice runs on: every business needs a system, and the pieces only pay off when they connect. Erik maps how an operation actually runs, builds the systems, voice, and workspace around it, and stays in the rhythm while it takes hold. On the build side he runs local AI models wherever the work allows, part of the firm's position that client data should stay inside the client's own walls. As a two-person team, Anton and Erik design, build, and ship production AI that small businesses depend on. Erik is available for interviews, panels, and podcasts on the building side of applied AI.
